The Housing Services Administrator works within the City’s Housing and Community Development department to administer affordable housing and homeless services programs in accordance with federal regulations, policies, and procedures.
The position coordinates housing rehabilitation opportunities, new housing projects for low- and moderate-income residents, and related supportive services. It also supports the development and implementation of the department’s goals and programs. The role reports to the Director of Housing and Community Development.

OneFuture Coachella Valley
Director of Development

The Director of Development is responsible for planning, organizing, leading, and managing OneFuture Coachella Valley’s fundraising activities while working alongside a collaborative team dedicated to ensuring local students succeed in college, career, and life.
The position leads implementation of the organization’s fundraising plan, including event-based solicitation, individual and major donor cultivation, foundation and institutional grants, and development communications through mail and social media.
The Director will oversee donor acquisition and long-term engagement strategies while coordinating the fundraising activities of the CEO and board members to generate unrestricted, program, and scholarship funding that supports OneFuture’s mission.
